8x8 vehicle with tandem pendular suspension

It utilizes a special type of suspension which links two axles together in a "pendulum," allowing
for more grip on objects when offroading. Each axle is independently steered, and each wheel is
independently driven.

My setup includes two EV3 bricks controlling eight EV3 large motors, a large Powered Up hub
managing four steering servo motors, and a small Powered Up hub connected to two lights that
act like optical fibers to transmit data between the different LEGO systems.
